Matt is a Finyx Director and an experienced client management and delivery professional specialising in Law Enforcement and Emergency services with over 15 years working for and with police forces and other public sector organisations. He has a proven ability to manage teams to achieve client outcomes across procurement, commercial negotiation and programme delivery and was described by a Finyx strategic client as “an excellent communicator, responsive and collaborative”.

Matt brings a unique perspective to our client-side work from his many years working for major technology suppliers and often focuses on helping our clients by acting as a “critical friend” and providing insight into supplier behaviours and negotiating strategies.
