Our Benefits Package

At Finyx, we pride ourselves on the outstanding results we achieve all year-round. We recognise that our success wouldn’t be possible without a thriving workforce, which is why we have put together a comprehensive benefits package that looks after the mental and physical wellbeing of our employees.

We are currently working on introducing a Bike to Work Scheme to encourage all employees to make their morning commute more active!

Life Insurance - YuLife

YuLife is our life insurance policy that team members are automatically enrolled into as part of their employment contract. It encourages and rewards users for having a healthy lifestyle, and promotes a bit of healthy competition with an employee leader board.

Health Care - Aviva

All our team members are eligible for health care cover once their probation period has ended. It also includes dental and optical services.

The People's Pension

Working with our pension provider “The people’s pension,” team members can be enrolled from their start date, with first contributions appearing in the first pay slip.

Give As You Earn Scheme

Our give as you earn scheme allows us to make donations to a charity of your choice with a portion of your pre-taxed income
