Specialising in delivering infrastructure solutions, Lynda has been a driving force for the execution and delivery of change programmes in a variety of organisations – ranging from small Financial Entities to global Financial Institutions.
Lynda is qualified in a range of change methodologies – such as SCRUM/SAFe Agile and Prince 2/Waterfall – and has held pivotal roles in leading multiyear, high-value investments.
Lynda establishes strong bonds with stakeholders, ensuring needs are understood and expectations are effectively managed. She thrives on solving complex issues while ensuring a bias on delivery and pace.
