Darcey is a Principal Consultant at Finyx with expertise in digital transformation, Agile ways of working, and project management. She has played key roles in a breadth of public and private sector projects including IT strategy reviews, end to end digital capability assessments, platform migrations, and benefits realisation evaluations. Prior to being a consultant, she worked as an analyst at a FinTech start-up focused on building post-trade products for regulated financial markets. Darcey enjoys applying an analytical approach to complex problems and bridging the gap between business strategy and technology.
