Finyx have recently established the York Delivery Centre to provide our clients with high quality, clearly defined, repeatable services at low cost.

Initially, the following Services will be delivered out of York:

Remote Project Management Office: ready-to-go templates and processes for RAID management, planning, tracking and reporting.

Requirements Management: requirements review and data quality control; change and version control.

Tools & Systems Administration: use of both Finyx and Client tools to provide ongoing administration.

Reporting: regular, consistent reporting to fit in with governance cycles; KPIs tailored to meet client requirements; custom dashboards.

Low-Cost Business Analysis

The Delivery Centre is located on the York Science Park and with strong links to York University we have access to a large pool of skilled graduates. Our Delivery Centre staff are overseen by our Finyx Management Team.
