TBM Design

Helping clients understand how to begin a TBM programme with an independent and vendor agnostic approach.
Activities undertaken may include use case identification, supplier market scan (tools / software analysis), TBM architecture, TBM Persona identification, Data Readiness Assessment, creating a TBM Roadmap

TBM Optimisation 

Assisting clients who already have a TBM programme/have purchased specific TBM software get greater value from their investment. Activities would include operationalisation of TBM, process improvement, cost reduction identification, reporting improvements, scope assessment, model review, use case review, gap analysis, improvement planning, roadmap analysis
