Tiffany leads our Digital Transformation and Delivery service and has played key roles in large change delivery and technology implementation projects. She has worked in a variety of industries such as insurance, finance, automotive, retail, consumer products and several public sector bodies, and is therefore well placed to apply her cross-industry knowledge objectively. A certified Scrum Master, she is interested in agile ways of working and process optimisation to increase efficiency and reduce friction. Previous to consulting, Tiffany founded an ecommerce store and worked with over 60 brands, where she won a small business award from businessman Theo Paphitis.
