Welcome to our class of 2020

We have continued to expand our firm and are delighted to announce several new senior
consultants into our team in 2020.

As we grow our permanent team they bring with them a diverse
skillset from transformation to strategic sourcing, and have already applied their invaluable
knowledge and experience across our client portfolio.

We look forward to further expanding Finyx in 2021, but in the meantime, a huge welcome to our class of 2020.

Tom Morgan
Tom has over 5 years’ experience working at KPMG working in both the United Kingdom
and New Zealand firms. Since joining Finyx over a year ago, he has continued to build on his
experience in project management, delivery and client engagement through working closely
alongside his clients. His particular strengths are in op model review and development, legal
document review and excel modelling.

Matt Condick
Matt joins us from EY where his experience includes supporting large-scale digital
transformation programmes and designing and delivering Proof of Concepts. In his role of Product
Owner and Scrum Master he was responsible for the design and delivery of new product features for
a blockchain-enabled marine (re)insurance platform.

Tiffany Roberts
Tiffany has played key roles in large transformation, change delivery and technology
implementation projects in a variety of industries; notably insurance, finance, automotive, retail and
consumer products. An advocate for agile ways of working, she helps clients with process
optimisation and increasing efficiency using agile frameworks and methodologies.

Umeyr Saeed
Umeyr has experience using an agile methodology to drive strategic regulatory initiatives,
system implementation, and data migration projects in Tier-1 investment and private banks. Since
joining Finyx, he has helped build our clients’ data and analytic capability using data visualisation
tools such as Tableau and QlikSense.

Jake Scott
Jake has been an advisor to a range of FTSE100 and public sector organisations on
technology problems. He is able to guide vast organisations through complex change, pre-empt
issues and ensure the right questions are being asked (and answered) during the process, all whilst
maintaining momentum. His experience has varied from defining technology strategies in
construction, creating coherent target operating models in financial services, to helping drive the
development and migration to cloud services in natural resources. His main strength is his ability to
understand stakeholders individually, and help align them to work towards a shared goal.
