Neil Blurton CEO and Founding Partner
After spending the first 8 years of his career in the upstream oil business Neil spent over 20 years in senior global management positions building and running technology in capital markets and investment banking firms.
He spent 10 years with LIFFE, latterly as global head of technology, during a massive growth period and was instrumental in building out products, services and technology that propelled the market into one of the top three derivatives exchanges in the world. Subsequently, he was one of the key senior team that built the Barclays Capital business into a successful global business. He worked closely with the senior business leaders to put in place the technology foundations on which the current business operates.
As CIO he ran teams of up to 1500 staff and had global delivery and operational responsibility operating from both the US and UK locations.
